Initiate Your Request
Log into your cofoglobal account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all assembly hardware and instruction manuals to ensure a safe transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
